All Charlotte Sides Victorious Over the Weekend.

Charlotte Rugby Men and Women come away with 3 wins out of 3 with each squad facing opponents above their respective divisions.
Charlotte Women (CGRU WD2) defended their home turf against Division 1 contenders, the Raleigh Venom, with a 40-10 victory.
Charlotte Men travelled to Stafford, Virginia with two sides to face Riverlands RFC. The first team (CGRU MD3) earned an impressive 64-0 victory over the Golden Boars' first team, who compete in Division 2 in the Capital Rugby Union. Shortly after, Charlotte's second team (CGRU MD4) grabbed a 45-31 victory over Riverlands' second team (Capital MD3).
Looking ahead, Charlotte RFC is excited to bring their squads to The St. Patrick's Day Rugby Tournament hosted by Savannah RFC down in Georgia on March 7th and 8th.
The week after sees Charlotte host its first triple-header of the calendar year as the Women face the Augusta Furies while the Men take on Charlotte Barbarians for two matrix matches. All matches occur on Saturday, March 14th at the Skillbeck Athletic Complex. Tickets and additional details to be announced shortly.
