GUEST CONTRIBUTIONS

At CRM, we rely heavily on community involvement when it comes to the content we share. Whether it's an event you'd like us to cover or a fan submission, we'd love to hear from you! Please fill our form out to submit your article. We will contact you as soon as possible.

We ask that you please review our guidelines before submission.

Things to note as you bring your submissions to us:

  1. CRM Staff ask that you please stay on topic with regards to your submissions. You may submit multiple articles for multiple topics, and staff may ask you to make a separate submission. We ask that articles are generally related to topics or people involved in Carolina Rugby.

  2. CRM reserves the right to refuse any guest contributions for any reason. CRM is under full discretion when communicating the reasoning behind a refusal.

  3. CRM does not and will not promise any form of compensation in exchange for guest contributions. This may be subject to change in the future.

  4. CRM reserves the right to make editorial decisions for any guest contribution. CRM will generally appropriate articles for clarity, conciseness, and consistency. Additions and corrections will be marked with a note at the beginning of an article.

  5. The following is a true statement and will be placed at the beginning of EVERY guest contribution:

"Views expressed through guest contributions on CRM's website are solely the author's and do not necessarily reflect the ideas and views of the staff at CRM, nor do they reflect the ideas and views of people involved in Carolina Rugby as a whole."

  6. CRM will not tolerate any libel, slander, abuse, or other inflammatory rhetoric against any individual or team. CRM will make edits to eliminate superfluous bias.
    a. Guest contributions may reflect the author's bias towards their own team, within reason.
    b. CRM will always look for narratives and counternarratives on potentially divisive topics to provide as clear a picture of the situation possible.

  7. CRM will not tolerate discrimination in any form against federally protected classes such as race, gender, ability, and sexual orientation.

This information will not be shared publicly.
